We spent Christmas Eve with some friends in our ward. We decided to have the kids act out the Nativity scene. Avery had the privelage of being Mary (she was a little rough with baby Jesus.)
After we read the Nativity story, each kid got to open one present which was, of course in true tradition, Christmas pajamas! How exciting!

If I do say so myself, Santa did an excellent job arranging the presents under the tree...
Avery couldn't contain her excitement with the big present under the blanket (our version of wrapping paper.)
The suspense was killing her!

Her other favorite present was a treasure box full of dress ups from Grandma swimmin'.
One of the dress ups from the treasure chest. There were two other dresses in the chest so, needless to say, she didn't get dressed in normal clothes the whole day.

Looks like SUCH a fun Christmas! That dollhouse is darling. I can't believe how old Avery is getting! We miss you guys!
